This training is designed to educate and train administrators, staff, and employees with preparedness and prevention techniques, emergency awareness, mental strategies, as well as response tactics to not only ACT, but REACT during active shooter and active threat situations. By providing tactical education and training, we will assist with recognizing indicators, as well as following a strategic plan which provides the best possible options for safety and survival.

Our discussions and training presentation is specifically designed to fully educate and inform individuals or employees on steps and measures that can be taken to readily identify, diffuse, or react to a potentially dangerous situation.
This interactive training seminar provides Realtors and Brokers with action plans and training to identify and handle potentially dangerous situations and/or threatening actions/behavior. The training objectives include safety procedures on self-image, proper positioning, reporting/signaling options, de-escalation tactics, and basic self-defense techniques to escape a physical attack.
